Quick answers to the questions we hear most. Still stuck? Reach out from the Trust & safety page.
- How do I post a trip?
- Open Post a trip from the top nav, choose your route and dates, set how many kilos you can carry, and pick a default commission. Travelers see your trip in the browse feed.
- How do I post a request?
- Open Post a request, add the item(s) you want, where they should come from, where they're going, and the commission you're willing to pay (per item or per kg).
- What does 'per item' vs 'per kg' mean?
- It's the basis your commission is charged on. Per item is a flat fee for the whole thing. Per kg multiplies by the item's weight — useful for heavier or bulkier goods.
- How are offers made?
- On any trip or request page, the other side can send an offer with their proposed amount, basis and notes. The original poster can accept, decline or counter.
- Who pays for the item itself?
- That's the 'sourcing' setting on a request. The seeker can pay upfront, reimburse the flyer on delivery, or stay flexible.
- How do hand-offs work?
- Choose meetup, shipping or either when posting. After matching, both sides coordinate directly through the inbox.
