Our story

Slyg began with a half-empty suitcase and a friend asking, "could you bring this back for me?" That tiny favour — repeated thousands of times between travelers and shopaholics every day — is the whole idea behind Slyg.

Why we built it

Some things just aren't available everywhere. A camera lens, a skincare brand, a tin of biscuits from home. Meanwhile, travelers fly with kilos of unused space. Slyg quietly connects those two worlds so neither side has to compromise.

What we believe

• Hand-offs should feel like a favour between friends, not a transaction.
• Travelers deserve to be paid for the space they're carrying.
• Trust is built through clarity — about price, about basis, about the item.
